I keep getting this message:
Error:
You must enter an alias to track your item.

When I go back the user name and the password are correct..
Have started the posting 3 time all with the same responce...
Please help..

Also,,can someone please tell me how I can remove the country code when the customer posts their phone number??
or add description as to the codes......
