"PayPal Shipping Fes"
 
   Hello:

When a user tries to add funds to his account, the total reflects a shipping and handling fee. How do I remove this fee from the payment? Thanks in advance.

   This is in you paypal.com account, you need to setup your paypal.com account not to include a shipping and handling fee

   You're a genuius! It's fixed. One more questions:
I thought I edited the "Payment for" part where it reads "...+Auction+Posting+Fees" but it still shows up. Can you tell me where I edit this line? Thanks in advance.

   That is setup in your config.pl file under this setup section.
